We want you to be happy with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us at support@misshottie.co.  We are more than happy to discuss your issues to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

 

You may also use our contact form to explain your issues. We do respond within 24-48 hours and look forward to resolving your concerns. Please keep a copy of your receipt. Refunds will be issued within 7-10  business days after your request is received. A refund is issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase.

Any scratched, altered, blemished, or broken items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or unless the items were flawed during production. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable.
