DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ORDER?


You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register once you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free and will save you time for future purchases.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?


We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you experience any shipment loss or damaged products, please return them to us within 24 hours of receipt for replacement or refund. Please allow for 7-10 business days for your refund to be issued. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please e-mail us using the contact page of our web site, with the following information: Name, order number, email, mailing address and telephone number.

Any scratched, altered, blemished, or broken items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or unless the items were flawed during production. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable.




CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?


If you’ve changed your mind or given the wrong address, just contact us immediately. Your order can be changed as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped.




DOES YOUR HOT SAUCE HAVE TO BE REFRIGERATED?


We do recommend that you refrigerate our hot sauces. Refrigerated hot sauce can last up to four times longer compared to pantry stored hot sauce. Unrefrigerated hot sauce will oxidize faster if left unchilled.




DO YOU HAVE A LOCAL STORE?


Currently all our products are offered online.




WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?


Our goal is to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Once it is mailed, we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking number, along with an estimated delivery date.




HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?


Standing shipping is free on orders over $99 withing USA and Canada. On orders less than $99, standing shipping time costs $7.00 for Canada and $8.50 for the US. Please use the guide below for shipping times, options and prices. Canada Canada Post Standard Shipping 5-7 Business Days = $7.00 Canada Post Xpress Shipping 2-3 Business Days = $12.00 USA Canada Post Tracked Packet 10 Business days= $8.50 Canada Post Expedited 7 Business Days = $17.50 INTERNATIONAL Standard Shipping 7-14 Business Days= $18.00 Please note that the shipping times does not include the time it takes to process your order.
